Orders are processed in about 1–2 business days. Shipping costs are shown at checkout and vary by location. Delays can happen during holidays or bad weather, but we will reach out should that arise.

At this time, orders placed directly through The Bag Attitude website ship within the United States. For our international customers, a selection of our inventory is also available through our eBay storefront, where global shipping options may be offered depending on location.

While we’d love to meet every customer in person, The Bag Attitude is currently an online-only shop. For that reason, all purchases are shipped and local pickup isn’t available at this time. We take great care in packaging each order so it arrives safely at your door.

All sales are final. We aim to give every client a fair chance at their desired piece. Before completing your purchase, please review the bag carefully, as noted in the checkout notice.

If you receive the wrong item contact us within 48 hours at info@thebagattitude.com and we’ll work to resolve it.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, we also offer Shop Pay Installments at checkout, which lets you split payments over time. We don’t currently offer Klarna or Afterpay.
