Shipping Policy

1. Processing Times

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after purchase. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping via USPS or UPS within the continental U.S. delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier.

3. Domestic Shipping

We ship within the United States only at this time. We do not offer international shipping. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. The Bag Attitude is not responsible for packages sent to incorrectly entered addresses.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available. Tracking may be delayed during peak carrier seasons or weather disruptions.

5. Delays & Lost Packages

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. If your package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number. If they are unable to resolve the issue, contact us at info@thebagattitude.com and we will do our best to assist.

6. Damaged Packages

If your item arrives visibly damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the packaging and item. We will review each case and determine the best course of action.

7. Shipping Insurance

Shipping insurance is not included by default. If you'd like to add insurance to your order, please email us before purchasing so we can arrange a custom invoice with insured shipping options.

8. Signature Confirmation

Due to the value of certain items, some packages may require a signature at delivery. If no one is available, your carrier may attempt redelivery or hold the package at a local facility. We are not responsible for unclaimed or refused deliveries.
