Wrong or Damaged Items

If you receive the wrong item or if your order is damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@thebagattitude.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will evaluate and resolve on a case-by-case basis.

  • Approved cases will be refunded within 7 business days of approval or replaced if stock is available.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
